If you purchase 3 patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (add them all to your cart before you check out), the least expensive one will be free.

These pretty little cuffs are named after the forget-me-nots that bloom in spring, with their bright blue flowers and yellow centres. Perfect for gift-giving, the pattern is designed to showcase small amounts of luxury yarns such as silk or cashmere.

Two sizes - Small and Medium, to fit hand circumference 6 inches and 7.5 inches (15 cm and 19 cm). Pattern includes charted and written instructions.

The pattern calls for fingering weight yarns in one main colour with small amounts of two contrast colours. Shown in Rowan’s (discontinued) Cashmere in shade Cork, with contrasts of Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift in Seabright and Scotch Broom. (Note - although Rowan’s Cashmere is listed as a DK yarn, it knitted up more like a lightweight DK and was suitable for smaller needles).

Suggested yarns: Holst or J C Rennie’s Supersoft/Cashmere ranges; Cashmered’s 3ply cashmere.

Pattern is suited to knitters who are comfortable knitting stranded colourwork in the round. The cuffs have a textured diagonal rib pattern at top and bottom, offset with a peerie fair isle design in the centre, and edged with corrugated ribbing.
