This half-circle shawl is cast on at the center back neck. It is shaped using rows of eyelets between the lace-patterned rows. It features a small floral motif for the first section, followed by a larger strawberry lace motif, and finishes with a basketweave pattern. The bottom hem is worked with a picot bind-off.

You will need approximately 525-550 yards of a drapey, DK-weight yarn to knit this shawl.

Suggested skills: Knit, purl, increase/decreases, chart reading and basic understanding of placing markers and working lace-pattern repeats.

Fragaria are a genus of plants more commonly known as strawberries.
