ETA: Apologies people, have been having some issues with the upload of the pattern PDF, please bear with me! :/

I’ve always liked my beanies with a bit of slouch, but have sometimes found that the weight of the excess fabric can make it a little tooo floppy - and nobody likes a saggy hat! The answer? Knit tighter!

An aran-weight yarn, with a slightly smaller needle than it’s used to, gives a nice sturdy fabric that’ll keep its shape that bit better. This hat also features a nice double-layered folded brim, for additional snuggliness!

Finish with an ornamental button for that final little bit of understated pzazz. Alternatively, you should have sufficient yarn left over to make a generously-sized bobble. The choice is yours!

The brim of this hat has a surprising amount of “give”, so will fit anywhere between a 21 to 24 inch head circumference…
