Fraser Fir is a cozy, top-down, circular yoke pullover with an evergreen tree motif on the yoke. The tree motif is created with purl stitches, which results in a subtle pattern on the yoke of the sweater. Because the pattern is subtle, it works best with a light-colored yarn.

I used Skeinz Southlander DK, which is a non-superwash wool and is exactly the same yardage and weight as Cascade 220. You can use either yarn or another heavy DK or light worsted-weight yarn.

I made the 2nd size and the sweater fits me with about 3 inches of positive ease.
