After round 2 your circle should measure approx. 1 in. across
Finished cozy measured laying flat: 1.25 inch wide x 4.75 in tall

I use US Terminology
Mc: magic circle
Sc: single crochet
Sl st: slip stitch
St: stitch

Notes
This pattern is worked in continuous rounds.
My advice is to weave in your ends as you go. It pretty difficult to get to them once your cozy is complete (ask me how I know lol).
