It’s SUMMAH-TIME!!! It’s time to be outside, at the lake, on your bike, and giving your kids (or yourself) a freezing cold sticky treat to stay cool.

Here’s a quick and fun summer project - FreezePop Cozies! That’s right, I found one more thing we can wrap in yarn to make it better.

And this one has a secret weapon. There’s not only a hole at the bottom for the used plastic to pull through, but I’ll show you how to add an optional hair band - those tiny tiny ones for kids - that actually keeps the pops pushed up. It’s great for the little ones (and the lazy ones). You can take big enough bites, guaranteed to give you a brain freeze.

Get the free pattern and the rest of the story behind the design on my blog! Be sure to come back when you’re done and add your pictures to the project page.
