Sweater is modeled with no ease- size 35’’ shown on 34’’ bust with finished measurement of 34’’ due to cabling.

1000 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 yards of worsted weight yarn.

When my mother comes to visit, we are spoiled with her cooking. Sweet smoke curls up from the stove as cinnamon-vanilla french toasts sizzle in the pan. Decadent layers of amber colored maple syrup from local farms is drizzled on top. Ce’s beautiful golden colorway reminded me of these sweet mornings, the twist of the cable mimics the folds of syrup and the golden cinnamon glows like my children’s faces as they eat.

errata: Setup row has an extra k1 that shouldn’t be there. should just read kfb, sm, kfb

Note: the hip shaping portion of this sweater is very immediate, almost like a peplum. If you do not want this shaping, you can add 2 rounds more in between increases (allotting for more yarn, about 100 yards more) OR work 2 increases less with 2 rounds more per increase. :)
