Are you looking for this beautiful yarn? Find Friendship Bracelet Cowl kits from Emma’s Yarn at Four Purls.

When I was a kid, I LOVED making friendship bracelets! Picking out the colors, learning new knots, wearing them, and handing them out to all my besties. Friendship bracelets were my childhood happy place. These days, COWLS are my new friendship bracelet! The yarn combos, the new stitches, the joy of wearing or sharing a new project with someone knitworthy! Plus, I love the instant gratification of these little projects. Cowls are THE BEST!

The Friendship Bracelet cowl was designed with all the youthful joy I had as a kid with my craft Caboodle. This cowl is packed with texture and loads of happy stitches. There’s a coloring page to get you started and a full yardage breakdown of every color in every section so you can personalize your cowl to fit your stash. Do some of these stitches look new to you? No worries! This pattern includes photo AND video tutorials so every new stitch is a joy rather than a struggle.

Worked SEAMLESSLY from the top down, this cowl knits up quickly (like any good cowl should), but wears like a hassle-free shawl. Unlike traditional tube cowls that rumple into a pile of knitting around your neck, this shawl-shaped construction lets your knitting shine by creating a triangular front and shortened back. The shape is wonderful, wearable, and just plain fun to knit.

This Cowl Includes:

  • Top-Down, Seamless Construction
  • Shawl-Shaped Wearability
  • Charts & Schematic
  • Photo Tutorials
  • Video Tutorials
  • Clear Written Instructions
