Frills! is finished!

After making changes to the original pattern I’m finally satisfied, and here it is! :)

Changes made since the pattern was tested:
Improved and longer yoke
Larger sizing
Size added
Instructions for neckline changed and improved

A very versatile garment - it’s easily changed between baby sweater, tunic and dress.
Commence knitting!
