A continuous circular wrap for your shoulders.

The “shruggle” can be worn several ways. Lay it over your shoulders to keep you warm or pull it down across your arms for more of a fashion statement. Pull it down a little in the front or back to give a different look. It can even be doubled around your neck for an oversized neck warmer. It is easy to make and fun to wear! This pattern is easy enough for the beginner knitter.

The pattern uses a bulky yarn and works up quickly and easily, being worked entirely in ribbing.

I call this a “concept” pattern. Once you get the “concept” you can experiment with different yarns. I have included some photos of different yarns used. You can be on your way to creating your own individual shruggle.
