I love this slip stitch pattern. I’ve had it in my head for a very long time and wanted to always use it in a design, or two. It looks complicated but is quite easy. The two unusual things about the pattern is that you only slip the stitches on the wrong side of the scarf, or every other row on the headband. The pattern contains a simple twist stitch in which one stitch is knit and the other purled. The pattern looks like it floating on a sea of reverse Stockinette.

Two skeins makes both the scarf and the headband. A nice set. You get both designs with the pattern.
