I get frustrated with wide mouth market bags, it seems like every time I put my bag down to pay, everything comes rolling out. This bag was designed to feature a patterned, elastic “yoke” and a large stretchy bag. Do the leaf chart in all green for leaves or use an additional contrast color to make the leaves look like hearts, strawberries, carrots, or whatever you desire! This bag is designed for 2 yarn weights; sport or worsted weight cotton and includes 2 yoke options; garter top or garter background to the stockinette leaves.

MATERIALS:
o 195 yards sport weight yarn cotton in main color (shown in red) AND 155 yards sport weight yarn cotton in contrast color 1 (shown in white) AND 140 yards sport weight yarn cotton in contrast color 2 (shown in green) or equal amounts if doing a different number of colors. (Calculated with a 10% buffer)
OR
o 110 yards worsted weight yarn cotton in main color (red) AND 80 cc1 (white) AND 95 yds cc2 (green) (Calculated with a 10% buffer)
o 1 set US 4/3.5mm needles for sport weight OR US 7/ 4.5 mm for worsted weight
o Darning needle for Drawstring
