Every year at the Holidays I get nostalgic for the over-the-top lace frilly socks I had when I was a little girl. They were magnificent. Veritable poof-balls of lace sticking out over my Mary Janes. They don’t make those for adults, I’ve looked. The frilly lace ageism ends here! This fun ruffled sock is perfect for putting the children in your life to shame over how you wear it better. Knit from the toe up they are an extremely fast and relaxing knit that polishes off with a lace panel. When you transition from the sock to the lace you will turn the sock inside out so that you can continue working right side rows. Don’t over think that process, just turn the sock inside out and keep going.
