A simple beret or beanie hat designed to show off a special skein of hand-dyed rainbow yarn. Although it was intended for the limited-edition colourway “Fruju” by Highland Handmades, any variegated or self-striping yarn should look good.

The hat starts at the brim with simple rib and continues with a chevron stitch.

When blocked as a beret, the prototype had the following dimensions:
27” / 68 cm circumference at widest point.
18” / 46 cm around ribbed brim
