The Bay of Fundy Pearl Brioche cowl was inspired by chilly evenings on the coast of New Brunswick. Includes both written instructions and charts. The one-, two- and three-colour pearl brioche stitches give this cowl a wonderfully smooshy texture and the opportunity to play with colour.

Don’t let the word brioche scare you! This pattern is perfect for adventurous brioche beginners. There are no tricky increases or decreases, and you never knit with more than one colour at a time. As an added bonus, there are only 4 ends to weave in at the end.

Knit in soft, smooshy madelinetosh Pashmina worsted, the combination of merino, cashmere and silk make this a treat to knit and wear. (Although any worsted weight yarn will do!)
