I was looking for a simple fingerless glove pattern for chunky yarn that was completely ribbed and had a thumb gusset. Searching turned up one or the other, but not entirely what I wanted, so I created this pattern! Quick and easy to make and keeps your hands nice and warm.

These used up under 104 yards to make. If you wanted to use the entire skein of yarn and make these slightly longer, you can knit the arm to 6 inches before starting the thumb. I found that 5 inches was just the right length for me.
