This is an easy to make and fun to wear hat that you can crochet in your favorite color combination, or make several – one for every member of the family in each person’s favorite colors. I used wiggly eyes with a dab of hot glue, but you could use Velcro (directions for both options included) or just sew on buttons. And for children under the age of 4, to avoid any potential choking hazards, you should just crochet or embroider the eyes.

The smallest size uses the H hook. For medium and large, the I and J hooks will come into play, as well as additional increases and rows.

SIZES
Small – about 17 inches around
Medium – about 19-21 inches around (depending on hook size)
Large – about 22-24 inches around (depending on hook size)
