These socks remind me so much of the beach at Galveston I had to name them after it. If you’ve ever been to Galveston Bay, you know that the water is muddy from being on the wrong side of the Mississippi River. The ripples of the pattern along with the unique colorway of the yarn make me think of walking in the surf as the tide goes out.

These socks are constructed from the toe up with a Fleegle heel turn. The instructions are written for a set of 5 DPNs, however they can be made using less DPNs, circulars, 2-at-a-time, or magic loop with minor adjustments.
