~ Crochet Pattern for Garden Fairy Doll ~

Do you believe in Fairies?

Make this adorable Garden Fairy doll as a playmate for your favourite girl, or to sit amongst your house plants, or watch over you in your home.

This beautiful Garden Fairy measures 7.5”/19cm tall.

She is an ideal project to use of your yarn ‘stash’, as she only uses a small amount of yarn. I used a 3mm hook and DK weight yarn for her body and clothes and mohair yarn for her hair. A small amount of polyfill is used to stuff her. Fabric stiffener or hairspray is used to stiffen her wings, though this is not necessary, nor recommended if the doll is to be given to a young child.

USA crochet terminology is used throughout, but I am willing to help if this is difficult for you.
