Materials:
You may use yarn weight and hook size of choice with this project. For the sample, I used aran weight yarn and crochet hook size I (5.5 mm).

Sample Finished Size: Each square measures 8” square. Sample blanket measured 40” x 64” (5 squares x 8 squares).

Sample Throw Yardage Amount: 3680 yards for 40 squares, plus 170 yards for joining and a simple edging round.

Skill level: Intermediate

Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, hdc, bphdc
