Knit bottom up, worked with diminishing seed stitch to form the ‘scallops’. That part goes a little slow but after that it is an easy knit and makes a lovely princess dress for your doll. Kanani makes a very pretty Rapunzel if you have a fan of that Princess in your house. The dress can be decorated in any manner you like. The big showy crown was a xmas ornament from Walmart if you have the taste for really Regal!
Test knitters like to make theirs a little different. So Rosy added the belt the detail on the scallops.
I added little bows on the scallops, too.
