The Garland Cowl was designed with my “beautiful daughter” in mind. This cowl has a wonderful drape. It is long enough
to be worn long or twisted & looped.

Note: Using a stretchy cast on and bind off is highly recommended. Depending on yarn selection - Cowl must be blocked to reach 60” circumference.

Gauge is not really required for this pattern as long as you are knitting with worsted yarn. To shorten or lengthen Cowl you will want to decrease/increase by 14 stitches for this pattern to work.
