This stunning piece uses the hairpin lace method of crochet to make lovely, delicate lace strips, joined in an unusual way to create an intricate fabric. Hairpin lace looks modern when all the loops are enclosed. Silk-bamboo yarn gives this piece a lovely sheen and a light weight.

Gauge: Hairpin lace strip of 21 loops each side=4” (10 cm) with smaller hook. Prongs of loom are set to 3” (7.5 cm) apart.

Note: Hairpin lace strips are joined from the bottom up. Sleeves are worked separately then set in.
