YARN: 3 colours of yarn in 4ply/fingering weight yarn. Merino and merino/silk singles were used in the pattern but any 4ply/fingering composition should work well.

MC: Navy - 225m (247yds)

GAUGE: 24 stitches by 36 rounds = 10cm (4”) in stocking stitch. Matching stocking stitch round gauge in this design is more important than stitches, as this affects the sizing more.

26 stitches by 32 rounds = 10cm (4”) in stranded knitting pattern.

NEEDLES & ACCESSORIES:
3.75 mm (US Size 5) - 60cm (24in) circular needles; or size to obtain gauge
