geometry is a lace shawl that can be knit as big or as small as you want! the easy-to-memorize pattern consists of long lines of yarn overs that form perpendicular lines across the shawl. it is knit from the top middle. the pattern lends itself well to semi solid or gradient yarns. i could also imagine a great outcome with stripes.

i suggest a laceweight or light fingerring for this project, but you can easily knit it in any weight up to sport or even DK. remember that you will need significantly more than one skein when choosing a heavier yarn to make a fingertip-to-fingertip shawl.

if you encounter any errors or passages that are unclear to you, please let me know. i’d be happy to help.

have fun!

errata: what is counted as row 45 should be row 43. the pattern instructions are correct, just the row count is off. my bad, i suck at counting.
