Gerry’s Lace Shawlette begins at center back and is worked down and outward. This pattern is appropriate for the advanced intermediate lace knitter. The shawlette has a center panel which echoes the lace motif. It finishes with a variation of Old Shale as a textured edging. The main lace pattern reminds me of angel wings, so I named this shawlette in honor of my mother, who was truly an angel.

Finger weight version now included in this pattern; requires 420 yards of fingering weight yarn, size 6 needle. Wingspan 40”, measured along curve, 19” length CB.
