I have stitched this in 3 yarns to show its versatility. Depending on yarn and edging used, this shawl can be dainty, casual or a little bit avant-garde.

Blue: Approx 8-10 hrs to stitch, $30 in materials
Fire: Aprrox 5 hours to stitch, $7 in materials
Technicolor: Approx 3hrs to stitch, +1.5 to make & attach fringe, $20 in materials

Let time, budget or style be your guide.

Beginning at the center back, with a simple, 4 row repeat allows you to stitch until you reach size desired or run out of yarn, whichever comes first.
