This is for a PATTERN ONLY for the Dr. Seuss inspired Cat in the Hat and Bowtie photography prop.

Materials:
WW Yarn Size 4: Red, White, Black and Turquoise
1” White Button
3/4” White or Red Button
I (5.5 MM) Hook
H (5.0 MM) Hook

Size: Newborn up to 3 months

The hat will fit newborn up to 16” head circumference with some room for stretch. The height of the hat measures approximately 8.5”. It is made with 2 strands of size 4 yarn so it will hold its shape, yet flexible so that you can distort its shape any way you want. The top of the hat is made wider and narrows down to the brim of the hat.

The turquoise flower is removable; simply slip the flower over the button and turn the hat so the button is hidden from the camera for boy photography shots or leave the flower on for girls.

The bow tie’s size is adjustable by slipping the button between any stitch on the strap.

The diaper cover is black with a cat tail sewn on to the back of the diaper cover. The diaper cover is a slip on.

As with any photography prop, do not leave baby unsupervised while wearing the costume.
