This was an Aran weight knit with size US 10 needles, and was meant to have a bit of an open weave and a long length to be tied in many different ways. Knit on the bias with a drop stitch pattern. Unusual, but easy, and the perfect way to use up the one skein of beautiful yarn you have. Gauge is not particularly important, as long as you are happy with the results.”
