This skirt is knitted from the bottom-up, seamlessly. We start by
working the hem and then the body of the skirt with decreases
on the sides. Then we make the pleats and work the waistband.
In the end, the button band is worked from picked-up stitches
along the edge of the right front.

YARN: 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 7) skeins of DAMASCO from Rosários 4, colour 71 (100g/200m).
GAUGE: 21 sts and 29 rows - 10x10 cm in stitch pattern with 3 mm needle, washed and blocked (it’s important to wash and block your swatch in order to get the correct gauge).
NEEDLES: 2.5 and 3 mm circular needles with 100 cm cable (if necessary, adjust the needle size to match the gauge).
NOTIONS: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, 2 spare needles of bigger size (I recommend using 2 DPN’s), waste yarn, 4 buttons (18 mm), 1 sew-on snap button (18 mm).
