A pair of sweet mittens designed with a classic owl cable motif and a unique thumb gusset. These adorable owl mittens were originally published in Canopy Worsted in 2008 as one of our very first patterns. The owl cable pattern, originally used on a slew of vintage baby garments—and still available in its original baby cardigan form from Penny Straker Classics—is still incredibly popular with knitters.
