This is an ideal case to keep your reading glasses. It has a tiny gusset at the bottom that helps shape it into a roomy pouch, and a button closure with loop. The sample measures 6”1/2 x 2”1/2. The smaller sample was made with DK Courtelle and 3mm needles, and is a perfect sleeve to keep your cream tube in your bag or to be able to handle your sunscreen without slippery hands.

This item requires a small amount of yarn, and is therefore great to use up oddballs. It is made in the round using circular needles from bottom up, and once the lip is reached the flap is worked flat. No seams involved, the only sewing required is to attach the button.

The pattern includes written instructions and chart.
