The cardigan is worked from the top down.
First, the hood is worked. The back and the shoulders are formed from the stitches in the center back of the hood. The fronts are knitted directly onto the shoul-ders, also incorporating the stitches at the sides of the hood, creating a seamless transition. Then, the sleeves are knitted directly onto the selv sts of the front and shoulders. Here, multiple steps are worked at the same time, therefore, it is important to read through the instructions carefully and annotate them if necessary.
