This little gnome is full of yawns and sweetness! He wears the cutest puppy dog slippers and one-piece jammies with a back flap! His long striped hat keeps his head warm and he takes comfort from his tiny teddy.

This pattern has lots of pictures of the knitting process and is knitted mostly in the round. You can choose your own skin, jammies, and slipper colors if you’d like. I chose Berroco’s Vintage DK for this project. It’s hard wearing, but still soft and it’s inexpensive. This is a great way to use up dk stash also. You’ll need peach (or your chosen skin color), blue, white and yellow yarn.

You’ll need to know how or learn to co, k, p, m1, kfb, bo, work in the round, pick up sts (only in beard), and work i-cord. Not too difficult! All directions are included with ample photos. Tiny bear is purchased and optional.
