My version of a knit sweatshirt! A cozy raglan pullover knit in a modified fisherman’s rib pattern. Short rows in the back add few inches to the length giving this sweater a modern look. Knit from the bottom up seamlessly in the round. The sleeves are knit separately and joined to the body at the yoke.

Note: This pattern is classified as free because Ravelry only gives me two options. Technically it is not free but it is indeed a gift based on an action. I apologize sincerely for any confusion. See the following.

My plan with Go Fish is to give the pattern as a gift to those who donate to a charity that is dear to my heart, the Chanje Movement. The Chanje Movement is a charity ministering to the people displaced by the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti. This devastating earthquake caused the deaths of more than 250,000 people, the displacement of of more than a million as well as total social, economic and political disruption. Not only is the Chanje Movement helping to provide clean water, meals, and education to those still struggling to survive but it is also rescuing the orphaned children. You can learn more about the Chanje Movement at www.chanjemovement.org

The suggested donation is $10 but donate whatever is on your heart, just click here: the Chanje Movement donation. Or if you would prefer to donate through PayPal click here: the Chanje Movement PayPal donation. Make sure to put for the Chanje Movement in the notes of your PayPal donation.

This will be completely on the honor system because I know knitters are honest folks! Just send me a message that you have donated, don’t even tell me the amount, include your e-mail address and I will e-mail the pattern to you.
