My wife wanted cute thigh highs she could wear to show off her team spirit--so I improvised this design, and I’m thrilled with how it came out!

Row gauge isn’t that important here--there are a lot of sections that are worked vertically depending on how many inches you want in each section, rather than counted in rows. If you want a sock with no ease, of course, stitch gauge is very important!

I did mine in acrylic/wool, because it’s affordable and my wife likes LOTS of thigh highs, as well as because it’s not as warm in the balmy North Carolina weather
