“Gobelin” is a worked in the round, bottom up neckwarmer. The name comes from one of the old names of the stitch used for the main body, which is known as Tunisian full stitch, or gobelin stitch. It’s one of the stitches I love the most, and I can’t describe how fun it is to work it in the round: you have to try it yourself!
Pattern requires 125 g/4.40 oz DK yarn (preferably in two colors) and a 10 mm double ended Tunisian hook, and is absolutely perfect for beginners who try Tunisian in the round for the first time, as it’s as linear as it can be.

“Gobelin” è uno scaldacollo lavorato in tondo dal basso verso l’altro. Il nome deriva da un vecchio nome del punto utilizzato nella parte principale, il punto pieno o, appunto, “gobelin”. E’ uno dei punti che preferisco, e non so rendere l’idea di quanto sia divertente lavorarlo in tondo: dovete provarci!
Il modello richiede 125 g di filato DK (possibilmente in due colori) e un uncinetto tunisino a doppia punta da 10 mm; è assolutamente adatto ai principianti che si cimentano con la lavorazione tunisina in tondo per la prima volta, perché è semplice e lineare.
