Golden Hat is a split brim hat in a simple, twisted, cable-like stitch with a slouchy, open-work cable spiral crown.
The brim is worked flat, after which the work is joined in the round and the spiral crown is worked ending with decreases.

Golden Hat is a relatively simple pattern suitable for an advanced beginner. It uses twisted stitches, stitches worked out of sequence, yarn overs and simple decreases.

The Golden Hat pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit - I would hope therefore that it is error free, however no one is perfect, please get in touch if you have any queries or suspect that there might be an error.

Thank you to my wonderful test knitters CrochetEtMoi brncow and ftmhling, this is a better pattern for your help - many thanks.
