This shrug is customizable and has two points in the pattern where it should be tried on or measured to make sure it fits the wearer perfectly. Several A la carte options have been written for the ribbing, to give a totally customized fit. Will work for any adult, from petite to tall plus size.

600-700 yards of yarn in the main color, 100-250 yards for the ribbing, either in the same color or a contrasting color, depending on your preference. Yardage varies depending on the elasticity of the chosen yarn, the rule of thumb is to plan for extra if you are using an especially inelastic yarn (like Alpaca or silk)
