Gossamer Twist Lite is a lighter version of the original, chunky design. This version is slightly more roomy and features longer sleeves. It is a simple raglan turtleneck sweater. It is constructed from the top down. First the neckline and yoke is created, (two options for the yoke are included in the pattern, one with and one without short rows), lifted increase technique is used for raglan increases. Sleeve stitches are then placed on hold while body section is worked. Finally, sleeves are worked separately one at the time. Sweater is worked in the round in stockinette stitch all the way through. Intended to be worn with at least 15 to 20 cm (6” to 8”) of positive ease. Pattern is written in American knitting terms, with minimal abbreviations.
