These cuff down socks begin with a favorite picot edging. The simple slip stitch cuff, repeated on the heel, keeps the sock snug and then simple cables and lace cascade down the leg and foot. The Got You Covered Socks are fitted and although they appear small when knitting, the ribbing and lace patterns really open up. The pattern looks complex but works up effortlessly. I picture these as a more personal gift for a special person like a best friend or mother.
