Remember staring at the snowflakes as they landed on your mittens? Each one is unique. Knit this snowflake on your fingerless mitt and you can stare at it whenever you wish. Sized to fit woman’s medium and large sizes.

A two-coloured fingerless mitt in two sizes worked in the round using the stranded knitting technique. The size is adjusted by changing the yarn and needles to make the larger size.

Woman’s Medium is made in fingering weight shown in Koigu KPM. You will need one 50g skein of each colour. The gauge for the medium is 16.5 stitches and 16 rows to 2 inches/5cm square using 2.5mm needles.

The Woman’s Large is made in sport weight shown in Lang Cashmere Premium. You will need one 25g skein of each colour. The gauge for the large is 15.5 stitches and 17 rows to 2 inches/5cm square using 2.75mm needles

Intermediate
Must be comfortable working with 2 colours at once, and knitting in the round. Double pointed needles or circular needles as required by your preferred method of working in the round.
