A graveyard (from Old English graf “pit”; yairden “garden, open place”) is any place set aside for long-term burial of the dead, with or without monuments such as headstones.

This lace stole is inspired by graveyards and the churches they stand in. The railings and headstones, the moss and windows.

This stole does not rely too heavily on accurate gauge and requires approximately 800m of yarn.
