This granny square has solid fabric with no holes in the corners or the bulk that comes with using extra stitches to make a corner. These squares are invaluable in a project where you don’t want holes to interfere with the colour progression.

PLEASE NOTE - for best results, work the last 2 sts of each row INTO the ch sts of the last row, rather than around them and into the space below. I insert the hook so that the st is worked around 2 of the 3 threads in the ch for stability.
