I love the way the combined use of hdc and slip sticth work together to make beautifully textured fabric. So many opportunities to make lovely pieces to wear, this cowl included. Although the stitch combination is a popular one, I hope you will enjoy one more cowl design using them.

Skill Level: Beginner

Stitches Used: half double crochet and slip stitch

Hook Size: M/N

Finished Dimensions: 9 1/2” wide by 35” length

Total Yardage: Between 200 - 220 yards

  • Use two strands of worsted or aran weight yarn held together or a single strand of bulky weight fiber. This is a great way to use up all of those bits of leftover yarn.
