This pattern comes in 5 sizes, so you can knit your own Parliament of owls. It has a double brim to hide the back of your colorwork and is intended to be a little loose on the top so the “ear tufts” droop adding some whimsy to the hat. Wear it backwards proving to your children that you really do have eyes in the back of your head. Pattern has instructions for knitting in the round, but has some pointers for doing it in different ways. This pattern does require you to have previous skills in; provisional cast on, advanced colorwork or duplicate stitch, and reading a chart.
