The ribbing of this hat is knit with two strands of XL Kleckse; when you get to the body of the hat, one strand of XL Kleckse is dropped and one strand of frothy Angel is added. The gradual color gradation reminds me of a piping hot cup of green tea latte with a foamy top, hence the name. Hope it will keep you warm from the outside!

Wind off between ¼ and 1/3 of your ball of XL Kleckse; you will cast on and knit with two strands. Since this is not a center pull ball you can’t simply work from both ends. You may also want to plan how the gradual color change happens. I started with two strands in the same shade, expecting the color to gradually grow lighter as I worked up the hat.
