All funds raised from the sales of my patterns will be donated to the International Red Cross to help the Ukraine!

ALL prices have been raised to $5.00 US, even patterns which normally I have offered for free, and will remain at that price point until Putin and his minions GTF out of Ukraine.

Grindavik is the location where the Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa is located in Iceland. (Might need a scarf like this after the spa!)

The pattern incorporates a K1b (Knit one below) technique as well as I-cord CO, BO and edges. (Don’t worry, it’s easier than it sounds:-)

Size: My shawl is approximately 12” x 78”. (33 x 198cm.)
Materials:
150 gram cone of Colourmart 2/10nm lambswool 4ply (820 yards/750 meters) (Light fingering weight!) Blue Lagoon
Any yarn that you choose will be fine but you’ll need to adjust yardage and stitch counts as needed.
4mm/US 6 needles (Or needles that are 1 or 2 sizes larger that what you would normally use for your choice of yarn.)

Gauge: 22 stitches and 32 rows = 4”/10cm over patterned stitch.
Gauge is not important as this is easily made larger or smaller by adjusting your stitch counts.

Printer friendly pattern: Charted instruction is on pages 2. Written instruction is on pages 3. Please save ink and print accordingly. :-)
