This easy vest is constructed by making two shapes. One square is knit in the round from the center out with stockinette stitch and garter ridge stripes. A stockinette stitch rectangle forms the the sides and collar of the vest after making three seams. Contrasting garter stitch edges frame the fabric. The garment’s simplicity allows you to wear it upside down, backwards, or as a poncho or scarf.

Finished Measurements: 34 40, 46, 52” 86 102, 117, 132cm chest circumference. The vest is a drapey garment but can become more tailored and shaped if you pin or button the front panels together.
