What’s a Gunnle Bug?
For as long as I’ve been designing socks, my eldest son has been begging me to knit him a pair. He regularly tries on my hand knit socks and asks, “Are these mine?”

These are the result of me designing a sock he would love: bright colors, loads of texture to keep his attention, and the added bonus (for me) of a fitted sock so they stay snuggly on his feet!

One of his nicknames is “Gunnle Bug”: the result of a little boy trying to call himself a Snuggle Bug, but not being able to pronounce it!
These socks will warm the Gunnle Bugs in your life, brighten their days, and keep them nice and “gunnly”

(you guessed it - that’s “snuggly” in little boy speak!).*

This sock is knit top down with a short row heel. The cables are only on the instep, so the sock is very stretchy.

This pattern has been thoroughly tech edited and tested.
